When you major or minor in one of the FCS programs, you benefit from the department’s up-to-date laboratories for textile testing, pattern drafting, garment construction, food chemistry, sensory evaluation, and product evaluation.

Our dedicated faculty are professionally involved in state and national organizations, and are known for teaching excellence as well as for their contribution of new knowledge through research.
