If you have an account balance, you’ll receive an email when your online statement is available. Pay on your account in one of three ways.
- Online
- Log into Banner.
- Under “Employee Menu” choose “Employee Pay and Account Menu,” and then “SPU/SFS Account Summary.”
- Once on the account summary page, find “online” under “To make payments."
- Payroll deduction
- Log into Banner.
- Under “Employee Menu” choose “Employee Pay and Account Menu,” and then “Request a Payroll Deduction.”
- Note that payment by payroll deduction is not automatic, but you can choose to make a one-time payment or set up a monthly deduction.
- In person
- To pay by cash or check, visit SFS in the lower level of Demaray Hall.
If your billed balance is not paid each month, your account is past due and:
- A late fee of 1.25 percent of the owing balance will be assessed after the payment due date.
- You will not be able to register for future quarters or obtain diplomas until your account is in good standing.
- Severely past due accounts may be referred to a collection agency. If referred to an agency, collection fees of at least 30% and up to 40% of the past due balance will be added to the total due.
