CPY 7316: Psychological Interventions III: Family and Child Therapies
Examines the fundamentals of therapy with individuals, couples, families and children from a systems psychology. Offers foundational teaching on a systems orientation, with a focus on outcome research. Differing theoretical orientations for effective intervention will be addressed, including a multicultural perspective on therapeutic modalities. The focus of the course will be on the practical application of research and theory in clinical work.
