CPY 7031: Research Methds & Statistics I
Prerequisite: CPY 7020. Introduces students to the philosophy, structure, and ethics related to applied and experimental quantitative research. Focuses on research pertaining to evidence-based clinical practice and case study design in light of the local clinical scientist model. Statistical training focuses on analysis of variance techniques including factorial ANOVA, planned comparisions, post-hoc analysis and repeated measures. In small teams, students write and propose the introduction and method sections of the second year research project.
