|MUS 4655: Context Studies in Music II|
|Prerequisites: MUS 1110, 1111, 1112, 3610, 3611, and 3612, or permission of instructor. This course along with MUS 4654 involves an integrative approach to advanced musicianship while dealing in-depth with selected topics. The process includes reading, writing, listening, analysis, composition, improvisation, and computer notation. Topics alternate yearly between spice route and Pacific Rim. May be repeated for credit 2 times.|
