Randall Lane, senior leader of global inclusion and diversity for Cisco Systems Inc. was the featured speaker at the Dean’s Speaker Series this past October 29. A combined class gathered to hear Lane explain the value his company places on inclusion and diversity as corporate business objectives. He explained how those values influence Cisco’s leadership, collaboration, and employee development as well as business objectives such as sales and engineering.
