“I chose Seattle Pacific University because of its competitive academics, prestigious reputation for nursing training, and commitment to incorporating faith into practice. The program encouraged me to be a leader in the NP community and prepared me well to pursue my upcoming doctorate in nursing.”

Obtaining your DNP isn’t easy. SPU is committed to your success through personal, individual attention and relationship-centered learning. Courses are scheduled to facilitate your continued clinical practice while in school.

Unlike many online programs that require you to find your own clinical sites for your internship hours, SPU faculty members place you at clinical sites and match you with a preceptor for optimal clinical experiences.

The graduate program integrates content delineated by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing in its publication The Essentials of Doctoral Education for Advanced Nursing Practice to provide quality academic content.
