Theological Studies Minor
The Theological Studies minor is for students who want to approach their major discipline from a perspective richly informed by the heritage of Christian thought and practice. The Theological Studies minor is intended to nurture those skills and capacities required of a thoughtful and articulate faith regardless of one’s life call.

The Theological Studies minor, you will discover, is designed to cultivate an appreciation for how Scripture, tradition, reason, and experience rightly inform theological reflection.
Courses and Degree Requirements
A few of the courses in the Theological Studies minor include Early and Medieval Christianity, Exploring Christian Doctrine, and Biblical Ethics. Review all the Theological Studies minor requirements.
To receive a Theological Studies minor, you will be required to take a minimum of 30 credits, including at least 30 upper-division credits. Download the theology major/minor application form (PDF).
Theology-Related Internships
Undergraduate students in the School of Theology have worked in churches, parachurch organizations, ministries, and nonprofit organizations.
