Research Potential Employers

Finding a job is more than searching job boards. Job search strategies such as how to create the most powerful résumé and cover letter, and learning about effective interviewing, are critical. So is researching companies you are or might be interested in — a practice that can set you apart from other job seekers but that often gets neglected.

The Center for Career and Calling can help you with company research. Explore the resources below to discover more ways you can improve your “company intelligence.” You can also make an appointment with one of our professional career counselors.
