Gwinn Commons Dining Hall Meal Request Form

This form is intended for use if you are planning meals in the Gwinn Dining Hall for 11+ people. (SPU Faculty/Staff please book your group meals through Room Finder.)

Please submit a form at least two weeks prior to event. If your event is happening in less than two weeks please contact Conference Services directly at 206-281-2187 or conferenceservices@spu.edu.

The following meal times availabe for group dining and have been selected based on student traffic patterns in the dining hall. Group meals need to be offered during the times below to ensure a positive dining experience for students and guests alike.

If you are expecting 100+ guests in your group, Conference Services will contact you directly to coordinate the arrangements and confirm meal time (as larger groups may require custom accommodations) to ensure a great dining hall experience for your group.
