Sandra Mayo was SPU's first vice provost for inclusive excellence. Dr. Mayo provided leadership in Seattle Pacific University’s ongoing work of reconciliation by providing strategic opportunities to fulfill SPU’s institutional mission until she resigned from her position in May 2022.
