Mail is an email program included with Apple's Mac OS X operating system. 

This document provides instructions for setting up Mail for use with the SPU email server on Snow Leopard 10.6 OSX.

When you first open Mail it will automatically guide you through the following steps to set up your mailbox. If this is not the first time you have used Mail, you can set up a new account from the Mail menu > Preferences > Accounts, and select the + button in the lower left-hand corner.

1. Add Account : Enter your Full Name, SPU Email Address and Password.  Click Continue.

2. Click Create.

You are now ready to start using Apple Mail on OSX 10.6!
