President

Nate Strong

Goals: This year, ASSP is going to focus externally! While we want to make sure our process works well, at the same time, we want to see students making a difference in this world. Therefore, we are going to focus on the issue of Human Trafficking as an organization. Contact me if you have any questions about this initiative!

Responsibilities: The role of the President is to be the voice of the general student body as well as the ASSP Senate to the University administration. This includes overseeing all the aspects of the ASSP through working with the vice presidents to better represent and serve the student body. In addition, I seek to recruit new leaders for all SPU leadership opportunities by engaging in student and community events. This year, the office of the President will be focusing on encouraging and increasing University unity as well as embracing the notion of creating change.

Main Contact For: Student voice to administration, new initiatives & projects, items of pressing concern.
