Officers

Responsibilities: To represent the concerns of the general student body and of the Senate to the University administration and the Board of Trustees; to oversee all aspects of the ASSP through the offices of the Vice Presidents.

Main Contact For: Student voice to administration, new initiatives & projects, items of pressing concern.

Responsibilities: Chairing Senate meetings and committees, working with Senators.

Main Contact For: Anything related to Senate, information on creating a proposal, and student issues and concerns.

Responsibilities: To oversee the over 50 clubs on campus, to advise and work with the Student Union Board on large all campus events, helping to plan Homecoming/Family Weekend, leading the Committee for Student Clubs to approve new clubs on campus and to help fund club events, new campaigns like an outdoor gear rental and more concerts on campus, attending senate, and basically being involved in any other event on campus listed as an "activity!"

Main Contact For: Club Information, Concerts, Event Proposals, anything that could be considered a new activity, or wanting to get involved on campus!

Responsibilities: Chair of Campus Ministry Council, Planning the winter ministries retreat and celebration week, One on Ones with the ministry coordinators, dealing with issues and relationships in the ministries as the need arises, attending senate, and being involved with special projects in the ministry department.

Main Contact For: Anything and everything that has to do with on campus ministry programs.

Responsibilities: They range from maintaining fiscal responsibility and accountability for the ASSP budget, facilitating student representation in University finances, chairing the Finance Board Committee and the Student Budget Committee, assisting students with ASSP finance related questions, and of course continuing to be a student.

Main Contact For: Questions regarding ASSP finances and expenditures, questions for how ASSP dollars should be spent, reimbursement and requests for payment questions, anything related to the ASSP budgets, and for finance related proposals that need to be presented.

Responsibilities: Getting posters signed (sigh), marketing, student services and awesome place to go around Seattle.

Main Contact For: Student voice to administration, new initiatives & projects, items of pressing concern.

Responsibilities: Encouraging intercultural initiatives within ASSP and on campus, working with minority student leadership development, chairing the Intercultural Activities Committee, overseeing the Intercultural Activity Coordinators.

Main Contact For: Any and everything dealing with issues of diversity, reconciliation, race, and culture.
