Alumni House West accommodates groups ranging in size from 10-21. This 100-year-old Victorian home has been carefully preserved and is a favorite accommodation for small group retreats and reunions.
Alumni House West is the west-half of an officers’ housing duplex build in the 1900’s. The upstairs has five bedrooms and two bathrooms (toilet paper is provided). The downstairs has a living room, a dining room, a butler’s pantry, one bedroom and a country kitchen. There are staircases at either end of the home. A wrap-around porch completes this homey accommodation.
The bedrooms have varied bed arrangements and include bunk beds, twin beds, double and queen beds. Linens are not provided, however linen packets are available to rent for $10 per packet. Each packet contains one blanket, two sheets, one pillow and pillowcase, one towel and washcloth.
The kitchen is equipped with standard household appliances, including a 4-burner electric stove & oven, coffee maker and microwave. Basic cooking and baking equipment, serve ware and table settings for 21 people are also included. A few dish towels are provided, but for multi-night stays it is wise to bring extra towels. Casey does not provide kitchen paper products.
