CENTER STAR

Hands Globe

Each quarter, we feature one of the unique opportunities or outstanding outcomes of the Center’s programs as a way of celebrating some of the many stars of SPU.  This quarter we feature all professors who are involved in global education.  From world courses taught on campus, to study abroad experiences, to articles written and lectures presented in respective fields incorporating cross-cultural themes - our faculty members think globally!

The Office of Academics Affairs' Global Education Mission Statement says, "Because God loves the world, we seek to engage its complexity and interdependence through mutually transforming academic study, global interaction, and thoughtful service."  As an aid to OAA's Global Education Initiative, the Center has compiled a master list of SPU Faculty Global Involvement.  The list includes the following categories: Global, Africa, Australia, Europe, North-Central America, and South-Latin America.  Please take a moment to peruse the outstanding global education contributions of the SPU faculty.
