Located within the Office of University Ministries, Sharpen is an off-campus living program in which students both discuss and practice their vocation, providing an opportunity for students to consider their vocation not only as individuals, but as a body of Christians living together.  Each Sharpen house or apartment initiated an "internal mission" concerning how they were called to live together, and an "external mission" focusing on how they were called to live in their neighborhood.  Leaders from each house met weekly with a Sharpen ministry team leader to discuss challenges and successes in the communities.
