Born in CA, my family relocated to eastern WA in 1977, and I moved to Seattle in 1990 to begin my career as a Dietitian. 

I received my B.S. in Food & Nutrition Sciences from Central Washington University and completed my dietetic internship at Texas Women’s University, Houston TX. I’ve been a part of the Sodexo family for 20 years, with 18 years as the General Manager for health care services.  I joined the SPU team in 2008, with the goal to provide the best food and service to the campus community.

I’ve always been interested in nutrition, exercise, cooking, and gardening, and since meeting my husband, golf. 

I’m proud to be a part of the Campus Dining team and we hope you enjoy the variety of products we prepare fresh for you each day.
