Move Out
During the end of year move out, Ecovive expands campus recycling capacity by setting up a number of Move Out Stations around campus. These stations supplement Seattle Pacific's existing garbage and recycle infrastructure and provide a variety of additional donation opportunities. The following items are accepted at move out stations:
- All regular recycling: paper, cans, bottles, etc.
- Clothing: gently used clothing is donated to either Goodwill or Northwest Center
- Food: unopened, nonperishable items are collected by Northwest Harvest
- Small household items: Goodwill also accepts items such as CD's, books, linens, etc.
The following items are not accepted at move out stations.
- Furniture
- Electronics
- Large appliances
