Upon signing the Room and Meal Plan Contract, the student (and parents or legal
guardian) agrees to accept responsibility and the legal obligation to pay all
room and meal plan charges and other fees incurred. Although the student's parents or legal guardian may serve as co-signer, the student remains primarily responsible and legally obligated to SPU.
Room and meal plan charges
are billed to students' accounts through Student Financial Services (SFS). Students
receive statements from and make payments directly to SFS.
