The Wesley Apartments


Opened in 2004, the Wesley is SPU's newest option for apartment living. Transfer and continuing students who have been admitted to SPU may apply (first-time freshmen are not eligible). The following unit types are available:

> One-bedroom, two-person
> Three-bedroom, four-person
> Four-bedroom, four-person

Each apartment is fully furnished and comes equipped with a washer and dryer – no coins needed! SPU telephone service and Internet, cable TV, and utilities are included in the rent. Community activities and Residence Life staff encourage residents to get to know one another and stay connected to campus.

Ten- to 12-month lease options are available; however, priority is given to students who sign 12-month leases. Move-in times are flexible, and there is no need to move out during breaks.
