By May 31, you will receive your assignment at the beginning of August. |
| Between June 1 and August 15, you will receive your assignment mid-September. | |
| After August 15, your application will be processed as space permits.* |
Please note that both the application and deposit must be received by the deadline for an assignment to be made. For example, if an application is received by May 31, but the deposit is received after May 31, the assignment will not be made until September.
Winter 2014: If your housing application and deposit are received:
| By December 11, you will receive your assignment shortly after Christmas. | |
Between December 12 and December 20, you will receive your assignment when you check in (January 5). |

After December 20, your application will be processed as space permits.* |

| By March 19, you will receive your assignment by the end of Spring Break. | |
| Between March 20 and March 26, you will receive your assignment when you check in (April 1). | |
| After March 26, your application will be processed as space permits.* |
*If you apply for housing during a break or at the start of a quarter, a minimum of two business days is required to make your assignment.
Canceling an Application
Your housing deposit is refundable through the following dates. If you cancel your application after these dates, your deposit will be forfeited:
Autumn Quarter 2013: June 28
Winter Quarter 2014: December 11
Spring Quarter 2014: March 19
