Office Of Safety & Security

The office of Safety & Security will fingerprint any current student, staff or faculty member who needs to be fingerprinted for employment or teacher certification. Immigration or concealed weapons permit prints will not be taken. The Department is located 601 West Emerson (SPU campus map: Safety and Security, 601 W. Emerson (61) A2) on the corner of 6th and Bertona.

Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 10:00am  - 3:30pm
Tuesday and Wednesday: 2:30pm to 4:00pm

Call (206) 281-2922 to arrange an appointment during one of these time periods.
The fee for fingerprinting is $15.00 (cash or check) per person with a 2 card limit. Re-dos are free. Individuals must provide their own fingerprint cards.

Prior arrangements can be made to accommodate special needs, but these arrangements must be made in advance and are dependent on availability of staff. Call (206) 281-2922 to arrange a special appointment.
