Deadlines and Important Dates for the 2009-10 School Year

   1: Priority FAFSA filing deadline for returning students for the 2009-2010 school year
   15: Payment Due Day
   30: Last day to file FAFSAs for the 2008-2009 school year and summer 2009 aid

July 2009
   1: Priority FAFSA filing deadline for new transfer students for the 2009-2010 school year
   10: Payment Due Day

August 2009
   1: Students attending in Autumn Quarter 2009 should have their financial aid file completed.
   1: Students attending in Autumn Quarter 2009 should have turned in notifications of outside scholarships.
   10: Payment Due Day
   14: Payment Plan Applications for 2009-2010 school year are due.
   27: Fall pre-bill mailed: Plan your fall finances!

September 2009
   10: Payment Due Day
   18: Autumn quarter Financial Aid begins disbursing: all outstanding paperwork should be resolved
   24: First billing statement for Autumn available online (Due October 15)

October 2009
   2: Last day to drop classes for fall quarter and receive a 100% refund
   9: Last day to drop classes for fall quarter and receive a 75% refund
   15: Payment Due Day
   16: Last day to drop classes for fall quarter and receive a 50% refund
   21: Managing Your Money and Student Loans
   22: Managing Your Money and Student Loans
   30: Last day to drop classes for fall quarter and receive a 25% refund

November 2009
   16: Payment Due Day
   30: Payment Plan Applications for Winter quarter are due.
  
December 2009
   1: Students attending in Winter Quarter 2010 should have turned in notifications of outside scholarships
   7: Students attending in Winter Quarter 2010 should have their financial aid file completed
   15: Payment Due Day
   24: First billing statement for Winter available online (Due January 15)

   16: Payment Due Day
   26: Payment Plan Applications for Spring quarter are due

March 2010
   1: Priority FAFSA filing deadline for new freshman for the 2010-2011 school year
   15: Payment Due Day
   17: Notification of 2010-2011 financial aid offers begins for new students (incoming Freshmen and Transfers)

   14: Last day to drop classes for spring quarter and receive a 75% refund
