Online Payment Processing
SPU has contracted with a third-party vendor, Nelnet Business Solutions, to help us provide quality online payment and billing services through Quikpay. Functionality provided with this service includes online payments, e-billing and authorized payers.
This service is linked from our Web site with a secure, encrypted connection, and it is available 24 hours a day.

With e-check functionality, you will be able to debit your checking or savings account directly by entering your routing information. This is a no-fee service. You will be able to "write us a check online," and save on mailing costs.
SPU cannot accept credit/debit card payments over the phone, through the mail or in person. Any credit/debit card transactions must occur online. There will be a transaction fee of 2.75 percent of the transaction amount added to your total charge.
Accepted cards: MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa.
With the e-billing functionality, an electronic copy of the student's monthly bill is available online. This bill will also be available to the student's authorized payers. Each month when the bill is made available online, you will receive an email letting you know you can go view it.
Students have the ability to set up others (such as parents) as authorized payers on their accounts. Each payer will have his or her own username and password, and will be able to see the monthly bills and the payment history. Authorized payers will have their own secure links to access the payment site, separate from the student's link from within the Banner Info System. Authorized payers will also be notified by email when bills are available.
