REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration is a two step process:

Step 1: The registration site is now closed. You may still pay your registration fees below. If you have not registered, but wish to attend simply pay your registration fees below to avoid an additional $10 charge at the door.

REGISTER for the meeting using our survey monkey registration site. When you are done please return to this site to complete the registration process.

Step 2: PAY your registration fees by visiting our online store. Prices in our store reflect a pre-registration discount. Please note that while we accept registration payments the day of the conference, an additional $10 fee will be charged.
