Welcome to the NW ASM Branch website serving professionals in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. Our annual meetings include both general and clinical microbiology sessions as well as special sessions for educators that are focused on the latest approaches to teaching microbiology. Poster sessions highlight both graduate and undergraduate work in microbiology. Attending branch meetings is a great way for your students to get experience presenting their work and provide the opportunity to meet with professionals in the field. Registration for undergraduate students is always free. If you would like to join the branch and support this important work please visit the ASM Branches website.
The 2016 NW Branch ASM meeting will be held November 18th and 19th on the campuses of the University of Washington and Seattle Pacific University. Please visit the 2016 Conference website for detailed schedule information, poster registration and more.
