From the Director
Dear SPU Community,
In our worship and discipleship programs this year we will be putting a strong emphasis on partnership. I truly believe this is the way that ministry in the 21st century is supposed to work. We will serve together with a variety of faculty, staff, and student groups to develop relevant ministries for the whole community. Some of our ministry partnerships this year include the Office of President Phil Eaton, ASSP, the John Perkins Center, Seattle Pacific Seminary, the Center for Biblical and Theological Education, Music Department, and First Free Methodist Church.
Together we will learn more about living “in the text and beyond the text.” That means knowing scripture, living life together, and working with the Holy Spirit to bring glimpses of God’s kingdom to this earth. This is what it means to live the Christian story…please join us!
Take some time to explore this website, and discover how you can get involved with worship services, small groups, and other opportunities for education and growth.
