Gala Bent received her BFA in painting from Ball State University and her MFA in visual art from State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. She taught at Ball State University and Taylor University before moving to Seattle. In addition to showing paintings and drawings in Seattle, Gala has recently taken part in exhibitions in Helsinki, Finland; Louisville, Kentucky; London, England; Chicago, Illinois; and Orange County, California. She and her husband are also collaborators on a host of design-illustration-fine art projects.
