Welcome Week
Parent & Family Schedule
Messages from the Provost and from parents are coming soon.
During the first two days of Welcome Week, parents, guardians, and family members are encouraged to participate in welcome events of their own. Numerous events and workshops are offered just for you — activities that give a glimpse into academic and student life at Seattle Pacific University.
After students register for New Student Advising on Banner, they will be linked to a registration page for Welcome Week. Students will be asked to provide the names and emails of their guests, who will then be contacted to register for Welcome Week separately. To add any registrations or make any changes after September 20, call the Office of Student Programs at 206-281-2689 or email welcomeweek@spu.edu as soon as possible.
Families should plan to arrive on campus no later than 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 26. They should plan to leave either late Friday afternoon, September 27, or early Saturday morning, September 28. Accommodations are not provided. Please see the Seattle Information page for local accommodation suggestions.
