  • End of Term & Spring Break Hours

    On the last day of finals, Thursday March 17th, the Library will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. During Spring Break, the Library will be open from 8 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Best of success to you all, and have an excellent Spring Break!

  • Falcon History on Display

    The Library is pleased to host a display from the SPU Archives, containing artifacts and information concerning the history of SPU Athletics. From baseball, to wrestling, to gymnastics, come view a host of unique materials from decades past. The display is located on the south wall of the main floor of the Library.

    Pulled a book off the shelf, but aren’t going to check it out? Leave it on one of the green painted shelves located on each floor, typically on the outside corners of the general collection. Items are picked up periodically by a library staff member, counted, and re-shelved. Thanks for helping us out!

    Join us on Thursday February 25th, at 3-3:50 p.m. in the Library Reading Room, where Dr. Kerry Dearborn will lead a discussion on her work concerning Reconciliation and the Holy Spirit. Dr. Dearborn will share how it is through the miraculous transformation of our imaginations that the Holy Spirit opens up the possibility of, and leads us toward, reconciliation. Light snacks will be provided.

Amy Robertson and Rachel Scherr discuss their recently edited book "'Responsive Teaching in Science and Mathematics." They will unpack the definition of "responsive teaching," sharing themes and examples from their book. Light snacks will be provided.

  • Holiday Hours — Presidents' Day & Weekend

    In observance of Presidents' Day, the Library will have reduced hours all weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, February 13th and 14th, the Library will be open Noon — 8 p.m., and on Monday the 15th from Noon — Midnight.

His story will touch on the biblical narrative of Joseph, how a mathematical lens shapes our social world, and more. Light snacks will be provided.
