The Sallie Mae Fund Unmet Need Scholarship Program
The Sallie Mae Fund will provide $1 million in 2004 to help meet last dollar needs of low-income students through the Unmet Need Scholarship Program. Eligibility for these scholarships include: US citizenship, family adjusted income (for calendar year 2003) of $30,000 or less, GPA between 2.5 and 3.0, and full-time enrollment. Applications can be found in the Student Financial Services office or online at http://www.thesalliemaefund.org/bridging/index.html. All application materials must be in one envelope and must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2004. If you have questions please contact Glenda at Glenda@spu.edu.

Key Bank Take 5
You still have two more months to apply online for the Key Bank Take 5 Scholarship. Key Bank took a great scholarship and now they multiplied it by five! Key Bank Education Resources will award $5,000 to one winner, in May and June. That's two more chances for two lucky winners! All you have to do is register once a month at www.Key.com/Take5 to win a great break!

WFAA Ethic Awareness Committee Scholarship
The Washington Financial Aid Association is pleased to announce the 2004-2005 WFAA Ethnic Awareness Committee Scholarship. Eligibility for this scholarship includes: strong leadership ability, a minimum 3.0 GPA, financial need (determined by a 2004-2005 FAFSA) school certification is required, must be a member of the WFAA (apply online). Applications can be found at www.wfaa.org or in the Student Financial Services office and are due no later than June 15, 2004. If you have questions please contact Glenda at Glenda@spu.edu.

Student Employees Final Paychecks
If you will not be on campus to pick up the final two paychecks (06/09/04 & 06/23/04) for this year you will need to do one of two things. 1) Sign up for direct deposit, or 2) leave a self addressed envelope in the Finance office for each paycheck you want mailed to you. Help@Home: Two More Weeks of Computer Fun!
CIS is currently running a trial program called Help@Home. Through Help@Home, CIS can visit residence halls and campus apartments on a consultation-basis to offer additional support and advice. The hours for this trial service are Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Demand has been high, so please make sure to schedule a time today and get those pesky problems cleaned up before finals week and the summer! We appreciate your patience during this program and your help in assessing its value to the community. Rock It For Non Profit
Come rock it at a Benefit Concert for the Agathos Foundation Featuring The CodyWho Band, the Lacey Brown Band, Ryan Knapp, and Zach Fleury. Tickets are only $5 and all profits go to a good cause! The show starts at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 25 at the Paradox Theatre (1401 NW Leary Way)-part of the Mars Hill Church building.
