SFS Undergrad Scholarship Application
The SFS Undergrad Scholarship Application is here with, once again, many unique scholarship opportunities. So what are you waiting for? With over 70 scholarships to give out, everyone should apply. Check out the scholarship application on the SFS website (www.spu.edu/sfs/scholar.asp) starting November 5. All materials must be turned in by December 5. We will not be able to accept late applications. Remember to have your reference fill out their part of the application ASAP to avoid delays. Don't miss out on this awesome opportunity! Summer Opportunity to Serve at “Beyond Malibu"
Young Life's Beyond Malibu is a backpacking/sea kayaking program that provides high school students with an opportunity to experience God through wilderness adventure. We are looking for people age 21 and older with youth ministry experience to guide trips, and people age 18 and older to fill base camp positions. Have a car? Want to volunteer? Come help! IDEA Tutoring and Hope Central are in DESPERATE need of people to drive to their ministries! IDEA needs drivers from 5:30-8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays. To get plugged in, contact Ginny Hascall, hascav@spu.edu. Hope Central needs drivers from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays. Undergraduate Nursing Applications
Attention Pre-Nursing Students: EARLY DUE DATE - NURSING APPLICATIONS DUE FEBRUARY 1, 2004. Applications for the Nursing Program are now available on the SPU web site: http://www.spu.edu/depts/hsc/programs/bsn/bsnprogram.html. They are also available at Marston 326. Students must complete all of the prerequisite courses by the end of Spring Quarter 2004 to be considered for Autumn 2004 entry. Currently we expect more applicants than spaces, so apply early. Spiritual Gifts Inventory
What are Spiritual Gifts? They are the gifts through which Christians are gifted to do ministry in the name of the Lord. This inventory will give you the opportunity to first see how the Holy Spirit is possibly gifting you and how those may be put into action today at SPU. We have made five times available to fit everyone's schedule. Please note some venue changes from previous advertisements.
