I love my job at Mission Increase Foundation. This foundation doesn't just give money away. We provide the strategy and training to turn even the most reluctant clients into effective fundraisers.
Sometimes I have to pinch myself. I get paid to encourage ministries and see them grow. We are equipping ministries to raise money in a biblical way, and we accelerate the process by providing strategic training along with matching funds.
This kind of ministry-mindset was fostered in me while I was a student at Seattle Pacific University. I learned the importance of one-on-one personal relationships even before classes started freshman year. I was invited to a Bible study during Freshman Orientation, and that group cemented my Christian walk and gave me accountability.
