My experience in last year’s Sacred Sounds of Christmas concert was truly amazing. Having all these dedicated and passionate musicians all come together and celebrate the meaning of Christmas in a gorgeous performance hall was a true praise to God. The turnout both nights last year, and the positive responses from the audience, proved that we were doing the right thing! I loved it.
I am looking forward to it this year because I know how it works since I was in it last year, although it'll be new to all of us at a new performance space, McCaw Hall. It is hard not to be excited to sing at the opera house though! The music selection is gorgeous, as it is every year, from old to modern and familiar, to new and exciting.
Christmas is my favorite holiday and I see singing as my true praise and worship to God, so incorporating both surrounded by fellow musicians is amazing.
