My business model flows from God giving humans dominion over the earth and its resources: not to exploit and degrade, but to redeem and serve. I am here to provide adroitly cut meat from family farms, butchered by one person's hands — no assembly line, no middle man, the animal honored and the earth sustained.
I will move from consumer to contributor, even to putting aside a portion of my budget to provide fine cuts of meat for people in severe financial distress. No longer will I be isolated from my neighbors but will, with my small artisan butcher shop, educate others in life, laughter, and meat!
