The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIEF) provides the SPU community with reliable and timely data, information, and analyses that support strategic initiatives.

OIEF serves the institution in its mission to graduate people of competence and character for lives of service. We are the central source of information for mission fulfilment and external reporting. Through our commitment to data stewardship, servant leadership, and continuous improvement, we

provide our community and stakeholders with data that are accurate, reliable, and easy to understand; and
work collaboratively with faculty and staff across the institution to support institutional planning and assessment.
