Washington State Governor Jay Inslee has directed that Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, for a Day of Remembrance for President Abraham Lincoln. President Lincoln was shot on April 14, 1865, and died on April 15.
