Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation honoring the victims of the tragedy in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Governor Jay Inslee has directed that Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff in their memory beginning Tuesday, July 21, 2015, through Saturday, July 25, 2015.
