Governor Jay Inslee directs that Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff in memory of Washington State Senator Andy Hill, who passed away on October 31, 2016.
SPU is joining other government entities, citizens, and businesses in this recognition. Flags will remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on November 14, 2016.
