SPU is joining other government entities, citizens, and businesses in lowering the United States flag to half-staff in memory of U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, who died on October 17 at the age of 68. The flag will remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on Friday, October 18, 2019.
