Follow up: Listening sessions and next steps

In an email to the SPU community, Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Sandy Mayo reports on recent listening sessions with students, faculty, and staff about racism and other justice inequities, and shares the recommendations and broad themes brought forward in the sessions. From this list, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will identify action steps, establish criteria for prioritization of the actions, and develop a proposed timeline for implementation.
