Elements of Narrative

Elements of Narrative concerns the field of narratology—the basic structures and techniques that form story and meaning.

This course will examine the technical elements of narrative (plot, point of view, rhetoric, voice, character, closure, gaps), as well as the larger philosophical and theological implications of narrative theories.
