Peter Moe

TuTh 12:50-2:50 p.m.

This course studies nonfiction writing written for a general audience.  We will be reading the latest edition of Best American Essays, as well as select readings on craft.  You'll write two assignments during the course, the first an analysis of one of our readings, explaining what moves it makes and why, and the second a nonfiction essay, using our readings as a model for your own project.
