Pike Market Community Dinners

Winter Quarter 2022 Time: In person volunteering is open to all SPU students. Reach out to Jordan Mielbrecht for more information.

For winter quarter, UI will be hosting students at the Denny Park Community Dinner location on Fridays. Please note that this site location is conducting its' meal service in doors.

Students may continue engagement at the Pike Place Community Dinners location if they are able.

Description: Participants will share a meal with a broad cross-section of Seattle’s community, including people experiencing homelessness. Conversations and relationship-building are key goals of this engagement; volunteers may also assist with setup, cleanup, music or art, and food service.
