Parking Changes

Please use this form to submit any information or questions regarding your permit, space or parking lot assignments, or carpool status. This also includes new license plate information, new car, different parking lot preference, or any other information that has changed.

While you can request that a decal be cancelled using this form, refunds are available only within the first 10 days of the quarter, and your fee will not be refunded until the decal is received by the Office of Safety and Security.

License plate and address changes: These must be updated in NuPark or reported to the Office of Safety and Security within 10 days of the change.
