Meals have begun for students registered for a meal plan — just bring your Falcon card! Not on a meal plan? Bring your Orientation meal tickets given to you at check-in, or stop by 2nd Weter to pick up tickets.

Orientation Group Time, Campus Tour, and Colloquium Meet and Greet
5th Ave streetscape
Rejoin your Orientation group and meet your Colloquium faculty member to start building connections to the academic and campus community. Students are encouraged to prepare by looking at their Autumn Quarter schedule to see where their classes will be held.
12–1:15 p.m.
Lunch

Enjoy a variety of local flavors as you meet other students and families at this complimentary lunch. Students meet back up with their Orientation leaders. Make sure to wear your lanyard — that’s your entrance ticket!
1:30–2:30 p.m.
New Student Convocation
Tiffany Loop
One of the bookend traditions at SPU, this formal ceremony of initiation and adoption into the SPU community is led by faculty members robed in traditional academic regalia.
2:30–5 p.m.
Final Farewells
The family and guest portion of Orientation concludes at the end of New Student Convocation. This is a great time for students to connect one last time with their families and take photos, finalize any details, and to pray together as they step into this next phase of their journeys.

Early Connections Social II
Meet in the Collegium (first floor of the Student Union Building)
For students who are preregistered for Early Connections, join us for a fun and challenging scavenger hunt!

Falcon Fest

Head to Wallace Field for music, games, inflatables, giveaways, and dinner with our amazing Athletics staff. Make sure to pick up your official Falcon student shirt when you get there!
