Monday (9/30)

Drop-In Advising (Hosted by the Academic Support Center), September 30-October 4; Demaray Hall Lobby

  • Academic Counselors will be available during the first week of school to answer questions about Fall Quarter schedules and assist with registration. No appointment needed! We are in the main lobby of Demaray Hall September 30-October 4, 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm.

Fall Job Fair (Hosted by the Office of Student Employment), October 2nd, 1pm-4pm, Upper Gwinn

  • Join us for SPU’s Fall Job Fair to meet a variety of employers who are interested in hiring SPU students! More than 50 employers will be present with dozens of part-time openings for on-campus, off-campus, work study, and non-work study positions.

First Friday (Hosted by STORP), October 4th, 12-4pm; Tiffany Loop; 6:30-9pm

  • Join STORP—Campus Programming and Outdoor Recreation—for a night of Autumnal fun! We’ll have an outdoor movie on the big screen, as well as crafts, games, and free coffee and hot cocoa to keep you warm. Bring a blanket and join us for our kickoff event!

  • Come celebrate the new school year with the SPU Library! Learn about all the services, spaces, staff, and sources that make the SPU Library a special place. There will be games, learning, activities, challenges, and prizes as well as staff from other campus resources like the Academic Support Center and the Student Media groups. And free refreshments!
