Monday, September 7th 6:00 p.m.
- Early Arrival Campus Housing Move-in
- Students living in campus housing will report to Lower Moyer Hall (the ISS office). You must register for international student orientation first and indicate you would like to participate in early arrival check in. Our student leaders will provide a brief orientation to residential living and then will issue you a room key and help you move in. You will also obtain your student ID (SeaPac) card and must have your passport with you at that time
Tuesday, September 8th 12:45-5:00 p.m.
- International Student Orientation begins
- New Student Check-in – Hallway outside Bertona 1
- Be sure to bring required document copies to check-in!
- Snacks are provided – bring a water bottle!
Wednesday, September 9th 10:45 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
- International Student Orientation continues
- ALL students meet your small group in Bertona 1
- At 3:30 p.m. we will depart for our Fall Kickoff Event to the Seattle Center – wear comfortable shoes & bring a jacket or sweatshirt in case it is chilly.
- Lunch, snacks & dinner (must sign up in advance!) are provided – bring a water bottle!
Thursday, September 10th 9:15 a.m.–5:15 p.m.
- International Student Orientation continues
- ALL undergraduate students meet your small group outside – Lower Moyer Hall (ISS office)
- Lunch in Tiffany Loop – bring a water bottle!
