Seattle Pacific University's WebSpace is a resource for faculty, staff, and students to publish their personal web site. CIS does not provide technical support for the development and maintenance of personal web pages. Limited support is available.

If you choose to make use of the WebSpace resource, it is your responsibility to avoid violation of copyright laws and to keep content in good taste. Contents of this web space will be made available to browsers of the World Wide Web, though the ability to add or modify contents of this folder are permitted only to the Web Space owner (you).

Personal home pages hosted on SPU campus resources must be for personal or educational use. Commercial content is strictly prohibited. All content maintained on personal home pages must follow the SPU Acceptable Use Policy.

Faculty: For instructional purposes, Instructional Technology Services manages SPU's official online learning resource, Blackboard. WebSpace is offered primarily as a personal web page area. Please use Blackboard if you would like to use the web for publishing notes and materials related to formal instruction.

How To:
  1. Login to the Banner Info System
  2. Select the Personal Menu and then Computer Accounts.
  3. Select Request Additional Accounts and choose the type of account you'd like to request and press Continue.
  4. Review the WebSpace disclaimer.
  5. Click on Create Resource for Me.
  6. Your WebSpace resource is created immediately.
  7. Exit Banner.
