Undocumented/DACA Students

Students walking on campus

Seattle Pacific University has a number of undocumented and DACA students who are among the most hardworking and talented young people on our campus. They contribute greatly to the life and mission of the university, and Seattle Pacific is a stronger institution because of their presence.

Multi-Ethnic Programs provides support for undocumented/DACA students:

  • We provide a welcoming, inclusive, and confidential space for students to ask questions and get information on campus and local resources.
  • We provide one-on-one mentoring, drop-in conversations, and connection with other undocumented students and alumni.

“For many years I have felt invisible, hiding who I truly am for fear of rejection. Society has marked me as undocumented, but I believe I am dreamer, a dreamer who secretly fights for equality and justice, dreams of a day I will be seen as a human being rather than an immigration status, is currently working to overcome every obstacle to reach higher education, and knows that God is for me and I should not fear.”
